Returns

If you must return an item, print and fill out the form located here. This form must be completed in full, to receive a credit or exchange. If this form is NOT included with your return package, the package will be refused and returned to you.

Return Policy

Within 14 days of receipt of this shipment, you may return:

For exchange or money back (less shipping and handling charges), any defective core product in its original condition and packaging or any unopened accessories or software.

We will issue a full refund or exchange of items that meet the conditions stated above. Items that do not meet the conditions above may be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

Please Note: Accessories and/or software are not returnable if the package(s) have been opened or damaged.

All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You may apply for an RMA# by emailing returns@gpsworldsupply.com or calling 630-584-3557. Please state your invoice number, the product in question and what we can do to help.

Packaging A Return:

Please Write RMA# on shipping label provided with your order. (Do Not Write On The Box! Please package return merchandise inside a sep).

Pack the product in its original packaging with all original contents.

For your protection, we recommend you insure your shipment.

Your return will not be accepted without the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping label.
